Nick is originally from Doncaster, South Yorkshire and graduated from Sheffield University in 1999 gaining a BDS with Honours. He then went on to serve as a Dental Officer in the Royal Army Dental Corp from 1999 to 2005 completing his vocational training in Germany.
In 2003 Nick gained his MFGDP(UK) qualification from the Faculty of General Dental Practice, Royal College of Surgeons. On leaving the military in 2005 Nick joined Richard as an associate at ‘Richard Frost Dental Care’.
Nick gained the Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies with Bristol University in 2012, studying modules in periodontology, dental business management and oral surgery over three years. He completed a year long attachment with the Oral Surgery department at Harrogate district hospital as part of his diploma. Nick became a partner of RF Dental care in 2012. He is married to Clair and they have two young boys.
Richard is originally from Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. He graduated with a B.Ch.D. from the Leeds Dental Institute in 1990 and undertook his vocational training at this practice becoming an associate on completion of this training.
In 1994 Richard became one of the first dentists to gain DGDP by examination, joining the Faculty of General Dental Practice, Royal College of Surgeons. From 1995 to 2000 Richard helped to run an undergraduate teaching clinic at the Leeds Dental Institute as well as working in practice.
In 2000 he became the principal of this practice and a trainer on the Yorkshire Vocational Training Scheme. For five years he helped new graduates make the transition from dental school to general practice. From 2000 to 2010 Richard was the Yorkshire Division Diploma Tutor for the Faculty of General Dental Practice. In 2012 he welcomed Nick as a partner in RF Dental Care. Richard is married to Jo and has two teenage daughters.
Richard and Nick both undertake regular continuing professional development to maintain and develop their knowledge in dentistry. They are dedicated to advancing their own education and practical skills in order to give their patients the best possible care.

Sophia Pengilley–Hearn, joined the practice in 2010 and qualified in 1994 – GDC 128379.
Andrea Newport, joined the practice in 2011 and qualified in 1997 – GDC 124607.
Laura Waring, joined the practice in 2011 and is currently training.
